FREE MEDICAL TRANSPORT SERVICE TO RE-COMMENCE ON THE 1st NOVEMBER 2021
The Foundation is pleased to advise that subject to restrictions and Lockdowns no longer being in place and there is no further escalation of Infection of the COVID-19 Virus that its FREE Medical Transport service will once again re-commence on the 1st November 2021.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: To ensure the Health & Safety of both our Clients and Volunteers this service will only be available to existing and new Clients (and their carers) who have been FULLY VACCINATED.
Other important eligibility criteria are:
- Must be on an Aged or Disability Pension
- Must be for Medically related purposes only (e.g. Hospital, Specialist, GP’s, rehabilitation visits etc.)

- New Clients – Registration referrals forms are available on-line by, click here
- Existing clients – Can call our office on 1300 747 763 between 10.00am & 3.00pm Monday to Friday beginning on Monday the 25th October 2021.
Please note: The continuation or any changes/restrictions of the Foundations FREE Medical Transport service is always subject to the NSW Public Health Orders.
