Remembering SR &LC Foundation in your will help us continue and maintain the Foundations unique free “Pick Me up service” helping those most in need who are disabled, in distress and suffering.

The objectives of the Foundation are:

(I) To relieve persons in Australia who are in necessitous circumstances.

(ii) To relieve persons in necessitous circumstances who are unable to attend to their necessities of life without transport assistance, including the infirm, the aged, the incapacitated, the disabled, the intellectually impaired and the delinquent.

(iii) To provide to persons who, by reason of their infirmity, age or disability are immobilised, transport to hospital, medical practitioner, social workers or to other venues to obtain the necessities of life.

(iv) For the public benefit, to provide to persons or organisations providing to persons in Australia direct relief in cases of disability ,distress, helplessness, misfortune, poverty, sickness& suffering; community.

Remembering SRLCF in your will…

Making a bequest to the Sir Roden & Lady Cutler Foundation, no matter how small, is an investment in the future of the community. Should you wish to consider leaving the Foundation a bequest, the following wording can be used as a guide;

Specific Legacy
"I give and bequeath to the Sir Roden & Lady Cutler Foundation Inc. the sum of $_____ free of estate Duty to be applied for the purpose of the said Foundation in such manner as the Board of Directors thereof may determine and I declare that the Receipt of its Chief Executive, Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be a complete discharge of this Bequest."

Residual Bequest
"I give and bequeath to Sir Roden & Lady Cutler Foundation Inc. of Australia the rest and residue of my Estate to be applied for the purpose of the said Foundation in such manner as the Board of Directors thereof may determine and I declare that the Receipt of its Chief Executive, Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be a complete discharge of this Bequest."

Percentage Bequest
"I give and bequeath to Sir Roden & Lady Cutler Foundation Inc. of Australia . . . . % of my Estate to be applied for the purpose of the said Foundation in such manner as the Board of Directors thereof may determine and I declare that the Receipt of its Chief Executive, Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be a complete discharge of this Bequest".

GOVERNORS REPORT 2018

2018 Club Grants

 

The Foundation is proud to announce that it has received $91,000 in grants from the 2018 Club Grants NSW program.

The amount received will go towards the continuing fleet costs of the Foundations unique “Pick Me Up” service.

The Committee of the Foundation and Lady Cutler would like to thank the following clubs for their generous contribution and support.

Canada Bay Council Grant

 

 

The Foundation would like to thank Canada Bay Council for their Grant of $1000. Proceeds of the Grant will go towrads new Volunteer Uniforms.

 

Woollahra Council Grant

 

 

The Foundation received a $7,500 Grant from Woollahra Municipal Council for its “Pick Me Up” Project.

This amount was in recognition of the wonderful contribution made to the residents of the Woollahra and Eastern Suburbs community by the Foundations unique Pick Me Up service which provides daily free transport to those in most need.

Lady Cutler and the Board are extremely grateful to Woollahra Municipal Council for their acknowledgement of the Foundations work and the approval of the Grant.
